Patrice Hammill is a native to St. Petersburg, FL and holds a BS in Marketing and Accounting from Barry University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Tampa. Her thorough understanding of today's market and marketing challenges is a benefit to buyers and sellers alike. As an agent for Keller Williams Gulfside, Patrice has benefited from training coaching and masterminding with many of the top agents in Pinellas County and beyond.The support network that she has, not only in the Gulfside office but throughout the Keller Williams family, has been vital to her success. Outside of KW and Real Estate, Patrice serves on the Board of Directors of ALPHA House of Pinellas County Inc., a program for homeless women and girls in crisis pregnancy situations.
